Venue Information & Policies
The venue can accommodate up to 300 guests for a seated affair and up to 500 guests for a standing formatted event.
The 5,200 sq ft space is a blank canvas with the ability to transform into the ideal ambiance for any special occasion or event. There is a large stage at the front of the room perfect for a Dj, band, presenters, or other entertainment. Our event specialists work with you to create your preferred floor plan by arranging the room to suit the event format and your preferences. From beautiful wedding ceremonies, and receptions, to meetings, seminars, auctions, and unique themed fundraisers our versatile venue allows clients a wide variety of options to accommodate their event.
Tables & Chairs
The Event Center provides customized set-up of our client's floor plan including all tables, and chairs. Clients or caterer provide the table clothes as preferred. Our round banquet tables are 60” and seat 8 guests comfortably per table. We also have 8' and 6' rectangle tables available onsite.
Clients have the option to decorate the space as they prefer to complement their event, or can work with our preferred event designers to transform the space into their ideal ambiance for any occasion. Custom services include ceiling and wall draping, lighting, floral design, unique centerpieces, backdrops, and much more. Ask our event director for more information.
Clients have the option to choose their own caterer, or The Event Center can recommend some of our great local partners. Caterers are required to provide a certificate of insurance naming the Event Center by Cornerstone as additional insured. The facility has a fully equipped commercial kitchen caterers can use to prepare or warm food. There is also a separate bar with a double tap beer mister. Caterers are responsible for all serving equipment to execute their service including serving, and bartending staff if clients are serving alcohol at the event.
Clients are required to provide special event insurance covering them for the event date. If alcohol will be served “host liquor liability” coverage must be included in their policy. Special event insurance can be acquired possibly through a current insurnace provider, or is widely available online for a fee. Ask our Event Director for
Client’s have the option to provide alcohol at their event by providing required special event liability insurnace and additional Host Liquor Liability coverage included their policy. Alcohol can not be sold at public events unless the client aquires the proper Special Occasions Permit issused by the PA Liquor Control Board abiding by PA laws, and official guidelines.
The Event Center works with a wide variety of great local vendors, suppliers, and can provide recommendations based on our client needs, and specific requests. Our team is to proud work with an array of professionals caterers, Dj’s, photo booths services, furniture rentals, games, and many more event rentals.
