Planning a big birthday party or any other special occasion is challenging, and finding the right venue to accommodate your guests is the first step. The Event Center's neutral colors and ample space allow the opportunity to create the ideal ambiance for any special occasion.

The Event Center's team will provide custom design and set-up of your event floor plan, including all tables and chairs. Clients or caterers are responsible to provide table clothes as preferred (our round banquet tables are 60” and seat 8 guests per table). In addition, there are ample 6' and 8' rectangular tables available for all other needs.

Venue capacity

The Event Center by Cornerstone is 5,000 sq. ft. and can accommodate up to 300 guests for a seated event and up to 500 guests for a standing-room-only format.

Our versatile space can be utilized in many different ways, allowing for customized floor plans designed for any special occasion. There is a large stage in front of the room which can be used for a DJ or any other entertainment provider, and a dance floor can be created practically anywhere in the space.

Catering



Clients have the option to choose their own caterer, or The Event Center can recommend some of our great local partners. Our facility has a fully equipped commercial kitchen and a separate bar with a double tap beer mister. Please note that caterers are responsible for providing all serving equipment needed to execute their service including wait staff and bartending staff (if clients are serving alcohol at their event). We also require all caterers to provide a certificate of insurance naming the Event Center by Cornerstone as additional insured.

Alcohol policy

Clients are permitted to serve alcohol at their private event by providing the required special event insurance and additional Host Liquor Liability Coverage in the policy. Alcohol cannot be sold at public events unless the client acquires the proper Special Occasions Permit issued by the PA Liquor Control Board in full compliance with PA State laws.

Decorating

Clients have the option to decorate the space according to their preferences, or can work with one of our recommended event designers to transform the space to create the desired ambiance for their special occasion. Custom services include ceiling and wall draping, lighting, floral design, unique centerpieces, backdrops, and much more. Ask our Event Director for more information.

Insurance Requirements

Clients are required to provide Special Event Insurance covering them for the event date. If alcohol will be served, “host liquor liability” coverage must also be included in the policy. To acquire Special Event Insurance, check with your current insurance provider or look for it online where it is widely available for a nominal fee. Clients who encounter problems complying with the insurance requirements should contact us. Our event team is here to help.
